Kaplan-Meier, Greenwood 95% CI & Mantel-Haenszel Log-rank Test

Cumulative survival probabilities S(t) are estimated via the Kaplan-Meier product-limit estimator with complementary log-log 95% confidence intervals derived from Greenwood’s variance formula. Between-group differences are evaluated using the exact Mantel-Haenszel hypergeometric Log-rank test and Breslow-tied Cox proportional hazards regression.
