Enter subgroup or regression rows (Label | Point Estimate | 95% CI Lower | 95% CI Upper | P-value). Prefix summary rows with * to render a pooled meta-analysis diamond on a true logarithmic axis.

Why Ratio Measures (HR/OR/RR) Require a Logarithmic Axis

Hazard Ratios, Odds Ratios, and Relative Risks are multiplicative symmetric around 1.0 (e.g., HR = 0.50 and HR = 2.00 represent equal magnitude in opposite directions). Plotting ratio estimates on a linear scale visually distorts upper confidence limits; top medical journals strictly require logarithmic horizontal scaling with inverse-variance weighted markers.
